These idiots didn't even try to give me a quote via email. First actual email I get is looking for a phone number and wishing to 'discuss' my requst. Response was pretty simple, my request doesn't require further discussion and email is the proper way to get that information to me.
They then proceeded to give me a quote on a vehicle that didn't meet my needs, then when I tried yet again to get them to understand exactly what I was looking for, they gave me another quote that was for the wrong vehicle.
It was pretty obvious that they looked at the cost on the vehicle I requested and then tried to find some way to get that amount of money out of me (by adding options packages and dropping the Auto trans.. or 4wd...or such).
This is ridiculous. I have no idea how these moron stay in business.
